We rescue

01

Through detection in key locations, along with awareness and training, we strengthen the social and institutional response to human trafficking.

We restore

02

We offer holistic care to women and children who are victims of human trafficking through safe homes run by a team of professionals.

Where we operate

03

Our teams operate directly where help is most needed, maintaining active programs in Madrid, Galicia, the Basque Country, the Valencian Community, and Melilla.

How We Identify

We identify victims.

We work on the frontlines to identify and support victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation in the places where they are most vulnerable—detention centers, brothels, and clubs. Through our Mobile Unit and targeted interventions, we provide holistic care, guidance, and protection, helping survivors heal and rebuild their lives.

Education is key to preventing human trafficking.

How We Prevent

We raise awareness.

We work to build a more aware and committed society, aiming to reduce social tolerance for this crime. Our efforts include talks and workshops, specialized training for volunteers, security forces, government agencies, and social organizations, as well as continuous professional development for our own team.

How We Restore

We provide holistic support that is essential for a survivor’s successful recovery.

Our safe homes offer survivors a place for a new beginning. Multidisciplinary teams provide personalized support, including social, medical, psychological, and legal care, as well as assistance with job placement to help them rebuild their lives.

Social and employment support

We help survivors access community resources that prepare them for the workforce, including resume writing workshops, interview coaching, and other skill-building opportunities.

Training

We help women access educational courses that match their interests and experience, empowering them to grow personally and gain independence.

Healthcare

We support women in attending basic medical check-ups to monitor their physical health, providing follow-up care during illness and treatment.

Psychological support

We provide specialized therapy to help women heal from the effects of trauma, including post-traumatic stress, set personal goals, and progress toward recovery and well-being.

Mother and child support

We offer a specialized program that helps women foster positive maternal care and build strong, healthy parent-child relationships.

Integration, recreation, and rest

We offer activities that allow women to relax, focus on their well-being, and form healthy connections with other women living in our safe homes.

Legal support

Fiet has initiated Europe’s first solidarity law firm, where our lawyers stand alongside the women in our program. They provide guidance, support, and advocacy to help women secure legal residency and navigate court proceedings, ensuring that those who need justice most are not alone.

Transparency

Being transparent is part of our commitment.

Testimonials

"I want to start by expressing my deep gratitude. I describe this place as my home; it truly has been. This little country house, surrounded by lush trees, became my safe refuge."

Fiet combate la trata de seres humanos.

"When I arrived, I was overwhelmed with fear and confusion. I had lost the sense of purpose that once drove me to fight for my goals. I felt so vulnerable, as if I were in a tunnel with no way out. Being in a place that wasn’t mine, where I didn’t know anyone and had nowhere else to go, I had no choice but to 'TRUST' and 'BELIEVE.' With all the chaos I was facing, trusting and believing was the best decision I could have made.

Fiet and their team became my family. Their support and guidance allowed me the time I needed to reflect, heal, and move forward. As I once said, Fiet is a place where dreams are rebuilt."

A Survivor’s Testimony

"My arrival at the Casa Nuevos Comienzos was full of uncertainty; I was unfamiliar with Fiet’s project. However, after a few days, I began to feel very comfortable and safe, which gave me the strength to move forward with my life project."

"Today, after 11 months in the program, I feel fulfilled and continue working toward achieving my dreams. I am very satisfied with all the accomplishments so far, thanks to the constant support from the team, who assist me every day across all areas of intervention: psychological, socio-occupational, educational, health, legal, among others.

I am happy to have completed my high school studies. Additionally, I have taken several courses focused on caring for people, and I am currently finishing specialized training in support and care for individuals with drug dependencies. In the future, I would love to be able to support others in need, which is why I continue learning and acquiring tools to do so in the best possible way.

The activities and workshops we do in the program have been very important in boosting my self-esteem and rediscovering my worth. I’ve reconnected with my creative side through art. I love crafts, and participating in spaces like the jewelry-making workshops has been a way to dream again and express myself.

I am deeply grateful for having come this far and for being where I am today. I feel committed to this new stage of my life and to continuing to build a future filled with hope and excitement."
